We've got three 1-hour Coaching sessions together.
In those 3 sessions, we cover 5 major questions, and a whole lot of other topics too.
COACHING TOPICS:
1. What's on your mind? There's a reason you want to be coached. Let's get to it.
2. Where are you at? Sales numbers and Business reality. This might be partly answered in question #1. We need to figure out where you're starting on your journey to sales excellence.
3. Where do you want to be (and by when)? Let's define your goals- sales, professional career, financial, personal. All of it. Then put some timelines on those brilliant ideas of yours.
4. What's getting in the way of you hitting your goals (whatever they may be?) Maybe you know what's getting in the way. Maybe you have no clue. Either way, we're going to work on getting you out of the spot you're in...so you can move to a new level of success.
5. How do you double-down on your strengths? Yep. Sometimes, my coaching conversations are getting people to realize they're actually quite awesome. We need to harness the good stuff you're already doing.
