How The Curious Sales Lab works: 

 

Session #1: Awareness: 

Listen to Jennifer sell! (unprepared scenario sourced from the group.) Be aware of what you loved, liked, hated, need to do, and/or would never do in your sales conversations as you actively participate with suggestions. 

Small group Role Play (1 scenario) to get you warmed up. 

*money back if you don't think The Lab is for you. We love salespeople too much to mess you around. 

 1.5 hours


 

Session #2: Choice: 

Whole Group Role Play! (scenario sourced from participants. Participants are customer and salesperson/salespeople.) Volunteer for a role. Volunteer to be a "Tap-Me-In" anytime person. Observe and coach, along with Jennifer.  

At the beginning of the session, you choose ONE THING you want to listen for, try out, test, experiment with etc. 

Small group Role Play in Breakout rooms. 

 1.5 hours


 

Session #3: Control: 

Small Group Role Plays! (3-5 people per breakout room.) Salesperson. Customer. Observer/Coach/Timekeeper(s). You know you've done it right if all of you have been all three roles by the end of the session. 

Work on your ONE THING that you want to do differently, better, have never tried before...in a controlled, supportive, never-recorded environment. 

Jennifer pops in and out of Breakout rooms, coaching and observing your awesomeness!

1.5 hours


 

BONUS SATURDAY Session #4: Integration. 

It's a "U-Pick" kinda situation. Participants choose how to spend the hour: more small group role plays, discussing sales challenges, Q&A etc. Integrate everything you've learned and tried out. 

PJ's welcome. Joining from your car on the side of a soccer field?  Love it!

Jennifer will be there helping with whatever you need.
